Jan 7, 2016- An unidentified group has attacked regional chief of the Avenues Television, Nepalgunj, Krishna Khanal on Wednesday night.
The group hurled a bottle at journalist Khanal from a house at a local Tribeni Chowk while he was returning home from office.
Journalist Khanal has received deep injury in the incident. Police have arrested two persons and started investigation into the case.
Condemning the incident, Banke President of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Rudra Subedi, demanded action against the guilty. RSS
